Well sort of ... I did run away to Colorado ... so it was only temporary but all in all. Jason was left in good hands ... I think?!

After being gone the 5 days it was a nice break. Refreshing & I might of laughed so hard this morning at the video content that I realized maybe I should leave more often.

It’s good for the soul - good for mind, body and so much more!!! What I gained from actually stepping foot off the farm - I didn’t even know I really needed.

It’s amazing how God works that way isn’t it?! Showing up in the times we need things - things we aren’t praying for. Or even Thinking of.

I needed this break - to really find who “I am” to reach deep inside of me and dig out the the “why” I am sharing our farm story...

It’s crazy to think I stressed for so many weeks leading up to this “Ag retreat for women” ... and everyone survived. Maybe things didn’t get done “my way” - but everyone lived - and so did I.

As I sit this morning, looking back at the amazing ladies I met - I’m encouraged and excited for the next level of “Me” showing up. We take life for granted way too often. Being able to farm and do what I love the most with the people that are the core of my being ... gets over looked.

There’s people out there wishing they could do what I do. Leave the Hustle and Bustle of their 9-5 job to do their “passion project” - I get so caught up tryin to be enough.

That I ran my water jug completely out... dehydrating myself in so many ways. It took some pretty amazing women to help fill it back up.

Filling it up with purpose. Filling it up with passion. Filling it up mentally and emotionally…. in so many ways that now. I’m over pouring it. Sharing my Voice - sharing my love of agriculture & more.

I am so blessed to do this job called “farming”. I’m not just a “Farmer’s Wife” … I’m the Wife, The Mother, the Hired Hand but mostly I am a FarmHER - making a dirt path for others to hopefully follow….
