Day 19 of 75 Healing 🤍

Yesterday, I did a lot of the “right” things.

I got dressed. I showed up. I drank my water. I walked. I talked to God. I talked to Keaton. I even got the horses ready for today’s vet appointments.

But I didn’t write. I didn’t make it to the cows.

And somehow, I still went to bed feeling like I hadn’t done enough.

Maybe that’s exactly why I needed 75 Healing instead of another challenge with rules, resets and failure attached to it.

Because healing can’t become another checklist we use to prove we’re failing.
