Social Media can be a big and powerful or as little & private as you want it to be. Last night as Keaton & I were *attempting* to work through some homework of his, it was talking about social media & the impact it has on people.

I shared about some of my own social media experiences — how it simply started as a blog in 2015 to help with my own mental health journey through postpartum with a NICU premie baby to where we are today. Jason’s been running his hay business since 2007 and like all things grown older … it seems to just keep getting better each year.
